The hotel was in a very convenient location. Walked to a great restaurant for dinner. Hotel was beautiful and room was great!

Someone at the front desk made a mistake and checked me out 3 days early and my card was charged an additional $900 for the front desks mistake when it was all prepaid on my bosses card. Very inconvenient.

Last time I stayed at a Holiday Inn breakfast was free, This one had a buffet style breakfast for $15. I didn’t eat there so I can’t say how good the food was.

Asked for a wheelchair accessible room and didn’t receive it. One of the blankets had a stain on it. Also, breakfast was about $17 per person for some hotel disgusting ass breakfast.

The hotel is in a nice area of Tallahasse about 13 min drive from I-10. Much better and newer than other hotels in that city that I've used in the past

Clean, comfortable beds, roomy, great check in, nice area, overall great, would definitely stay here again.
