We booked 3 rooms for family to stayb in, for a wedding in town. When we arrived, we were told elevator is broken, so we had to carry all supplies up stairs. We went to get ice on 2nd floor, however that ice machine was broken. Our chair in the room was broken. The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned, and almost had a film on the water, so swimming was out. The hallways and stairs need a good vacuuming and were dirty. The beds were hard, not comfy. The hot Breakfast- was a joke. No fresh fruit, no non dairy options, the yogurt machine was broken, powdered microwaved eggs, very limited options. A family member got cereal out of the dispenser, only to find ants inside the dispenser. There was no one working to refill anything during peak Breakfast time. We paid over 150 per night, and would not stay there again. I hope new management can turn the hotel around.

The bedding was dirty and had to have it changed as soon as we got there - visible stains and debris on the bedding with a strong odor coming from the stains. Floors in the hallway were very dirty. Sunflower seeds, cheerios, and other crumbs on the floor of the hallway.
The front desk were very kind and changed our bedding herself when we asked.
