Overrated hotel. Not a nice smell in the room. Nothing in the mini fridge, no water, no iron, very dull interior and lobby is non existent

The staff is superb. Limited English, but enough to see us through. Room decor is austere, however it is very clean. I'm not sure it's the best location for tourists. We used uber to get around. Most rides were less than $10.00 including tip. Argentina's inflation might affect those prices.

The hotel is located in Palermo a wealthy section of Buenos Aires. There are many parks in the vicinity and a couple of excellent art museums are nearby. There are nice restaurants close by as well as supermarkets and laundry shops. The main sights toward the center are short taxi rides away.
The service was outstanding. I got an early 8:30 AM check-in, which was extremely welcome after an overnight flight. I also got a late check-in. Many hotels are extremely stingy about such extensions and I commend the management for their flexibility.
The breakfast, which was included, was very good. There was a variety of cold cuts and warm dishes (scrambled eggs and potatoes), fruits, some veggies, juices and yoghurt, pudding, and an assortment of breads.

The second stay was not so good, do too a lot off noise from the streets and the railway, I will never consider this hotel again, do to the location.

Easy check in and out. Good location and a lot of attractions nearby. However, breakfast was not good enough.

Booked a room with double beds , the photos are nothing like the actual room and I’m not joking when I tell you the beds are best suited for children 12 or under. 60 countries traveled and never paid so much to sleep on a super single bed. Went to another hotel putzlier and got 2 much better rooms for the price of one of these pathetic rooms

The hotel was located within a walking distance to Palermo's restaurants and shopping with lots of street markets. The staff was very helpful in figuring out how to move around town and booking activities. The breakfast was surprisingly very good. Highly recommend it.
