The interior design of this hotel is very pleasing. But it is not wheelchair accessible, only one elevator worked and the cleaning staff could have been extremely better. Please put trash bags in the trash can. I had to involve maintenance on an issue twice. The breakfast was low quality and the container that held the bread had gnats flying all in it.

Stayed here many times over the past 4 years. Hotel, staff, rooms and location are fabulous. My frustration is booking a room on hotels.com when it shows this hotel still has a Restaurant/bar on-site and at check-in learn the Restaurant is out of business and they are waiting for new place to open soon…..and I paid the same amount as when Restaurant was still open.

and unique situation. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. The provided guest amenities in the bathroom were thoughtful and very useful. Will stay again!

Love the hotel! I grew up in Homewood, and love the way the bank has been converted. Great little neighborhood with lots of shops and dining right outside. I’ll definitely be back :)

Truly a fantastic place. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right next to the El and right in a little shopping district with plentiful restaurants and shops (highly recommend EmpanadUS for empanadas and gelato—both delicious). Parking was very easy, the room itself was exceptional (in the rooms with a tub, the tub is massive), and great amenities. Breakfast was substantial and gourmet (fresh pastries, bacon, and eggs, among other sundry breakfast foods). The service was good, and everyone was very friendly. Easy five stars here.
