The pool was out of commission, eventhougg we checked before going. When we got there the pool had been out since 1/13, and we made our reservation on 2/25. Very disappointed. Not given the correct info. With kids that what we look forward to.

Room was smell and stained sink counter. Toilet , floor carpet was dissociating worst experienced . People working there was nice but room was no go.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area very clean and well attended. Good variety of food.

Great breakfast, it was well tended to and kept up with even during the weekend rush. Beds and pillows were comfortable and rooms were cleaned daily. Super convenient location to C-C arena. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.

Breakfast was ok

We had to ask for the refrigerator and microwave for our room, employee told us they don’t give them in every room and that they normally charge $10.00 even though it is list that the rooms have one. Pool closed we saw families with their bathing suit on and then found out the pool was closed. Kids crying because the web sight again said pool. 😢😢 The cook could only make a little food at a time, something wrong with grill. 😢😢

Location and coffee

Room was in rough shape - door of bathroom peeling, carpet dirty, desk chair shabby. Overall, looks warm and put away wet. Charging way too much for a room in that bad of shape. Pool was even closed.

Proximity to highway was excellent.

Noise from other occupants but that's not your fault.

Breakfast. However we only stayed so the kids could swim and wasn’t told the pool was closed so it was a waste of my money.

Clean, quiet, close to Depauw University. We were there for a college basketball tournament. My child got injured in the game & the hotel accommodated us with late checkout the next day.

The doors and elevators weren’t working and there was no one to help with luggage. We couldn’t get the tv to work and there was no one to help us. The staff did the best they could but there wasn’t enough help.
