Location is great, communication front desk and guest need improved.

When I arrived, there was no one in the front desk. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came. Breakfast is poor. The room and the building are clean and well kept.
Overall, service improvement would make ParkLife Masaryk an excellent option.

Rooms all in excellent condition, maybe breakfast area could be better and with more options to eat. Overall is a good place to stay and at Main Street over Polanco

It is OK but there are some things they can improve: The breakfast is symbolic. After 3 or 4 people eat, everything is gone. No eggs. But they make a lot of noise setting it up every morning. No extra toilet paper anywhere. You have to ask for it, which is kind of odd. They come and clean but they never make the bed which is also odd.

Didnt give us toilet paper or towels. We had to break into random closets to get them. Front desk was rude and useless. Just awful.

I loved it. Everything was very clean and nice, the people were super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The lady who prepares it is very sweet. I would recommend it and would come back!

Is an excellent hotel, great location near shopping and restaurants, super clean, great decoration, very nice comunication and atention,super clean,, I recomended.

Awsum property with well trained and dedicated staff. Very peacefull and safe area for any first comer. Pretty posh and you get everything in near vicinity. 5*

This property location is great walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. However, security safety wise. One night I got to the hotel at 12midnight and the doors were locked. Called the number that was provided and they did not pick up. I was knocking on the glass door for about 15 to 20 mins. And I even asked the security guard next door which was a lexus dealer to help me. After continously knocking on the glass door the security at this front desk finally woke up. Not an apology but more like annoyed he woke up. The front staff needs more training on how to communicate. Property itself was great and a safe neighborhood .

Good location. Helpful staff. Our shower clogged and made the whole bathroom flooded, but the staff was super quick to resolve the problem. Other than that everything was great.

Didn't receive any VIP upgrades. The room was only cleaned once during our 10 day stay. Towels were changed once. Bed was only made once.
We had to request toilet paper twice. Breakfast was limited. They didn't even have hot coffee during their breakfast hours.
