I thought I was in the wrong building when I first came through the doors cus it looked completely different. The place is a lot cleaner, the staff members are a lot nicer and more professional. And I think I love the chick at the front desk so y'all get a 5 star from me.

I’m usually not the one to review. But I HAD to for this one. The only positive is that there is ample parking space for a long trailer like mine. Other than that it was horrible. I saw about 3 cockroaches during my 2 night stay. The 3rd floor literally smells like blood. The rooms smell like mold or wet towels. On both nights they didn’t have any towels. On the 2nd night I arrived to a room with no sheets. Went down to ask them to put some, was told no one was on staff to put my sheets so I had to put them on. Which allowed me to see the dirty and stained matresses. Which is also when i found the 3rd cockroach. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 more per night and avoid this mess

Walked in the front door and the entire lobby smelt like marijuana. There were several homeless ppl outside. Did not get to stay in room because after reserving and showing up, told they had no rooms because they did not clean the room. If you like staying in a place that may not feel safe then stay otherwise get a tenet and stay outside.

Our stay was almost a bust, but that wasn't entirely the hotels fault. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a handful of people roaming around the front door to the check-in counter. A few of them spooked my daughter. The girl at the front counter in the evening when we arrived was a helpful as she could be. That was probably the best part of the stay. Our first steps into the room were really loud. The floor looked "clean", yet our shoes stuck to it every time we took a step. I checked the bed to see if there were any bed bugs, but I didn't see any signs. However, the mattress casing was dirty. I'm not sure what was on it, but we flipped the mattress, and the other side looked a bit nicer. We finished making the bed again, and as exhausted as we were, we almost kept onto the bed to be immediately hauled but the extra firm mattress. That thing was a brick with feather's on it. The refrigerator was clean, and the bathroom was clean. Those two things were nice. The last thing and this may be a deal breaker for some. There were dead crickets in the room. When we woke up, there were live crickets on our things. Least to say, you get what you pay for.

The rooms were horrible. The fire alarm system was placed on bypass and not working . The police were on site multiple times. Due do the poor conditions of the property had to find a different hotel. They refused to provide us a refund!!!!!!

My kids stayed there and every time we went to visit them it smelled like marijuana really bad!! And the full kitchen is just a 2 burner cook top and a full size refrigerator the is no oven to bake anything.

I absolutely love the level of consistency & CARE this entire staff has! It matters so much in a harsh world !

This is an extended stay hotel for transients. It was dirty, had roaches, dogs, crackheads.
