The mirrored entrance hall leads to the open living and dining area, with a fully-equipped modern-style kitchen in one corner and a handy double ensuite bedroom on this floor too. Three large French doors open onto the pool terrace and overlook the ancient Old City walls. The original stone staircase takes you upstairs, with two doubles and one master bedroom, which overlook the glorious grounds and glistening backdrop.  
With three sun-kissed terraces, all with incredible vistas over the Adriatic Sea and Old City, you’ll find it hard to leave this cherished oasis. Surrounded by its own traditional Dubrovnik garden, unwind on a sun lounger surrounded by wild orange trees, thick laurel shrubs and fragrant rosemary bushes. The twelve-metre swimming pool is just extraordinary, perfect for cool plunges to escape the hot Croatian sunshine. Please note that due to this beautiful villa being in the heart of the ancient city of Dubrovnik the parking space is only suitable for a small to medium sized car and is about 200m from the villa where the access includes some steps.
