This is a 3-story+rooftop townhome. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, it's around 1335 sqft.  Each floor comes with its own bath, ensuring privacy for all.

• First Floor: Main entrance, 2 bedrooms with queen bed, heat only, full bath
• Second Floor: Kitchen, living room, smart TV, AC, and half bath
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom w/ king bed, AC and full bath
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop deck

**Home Highlights**
• There's an assigned parking (rare in the city) available at the back of the house. For additional cars, you can park in the street for free!
• Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffeemaker with milk frother

• High-quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet-friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
