New, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom condo located in trendy Old Town Victoria. Steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, the inner harbour, and everything downtown Victoria has to offer. Enjoy the comfy queen-sized bed, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and TV with cable and Netflix. Our 520-square-foot space is bright, has high ceilings, and has a balcony off the dining space. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfy American leather couch, and an eating area with floor-to-ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available. The Perfect Cityzen will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria. For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building, building interior hallways, and the parking garage. There is a decibel monitor in the living room of the condo that monitors but does not record sound. This is such a great complex we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.
Parking: Above-ground parking is available at an extra cost of $275 per month.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $275 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $150.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
