The location was great! nice and clean!

Loved it all

The rooms are very tired and old fashioned. I was surprised that they have not been updated for so long. The reception staff at the restaurant were quite rude and condescending which I was surprised by too. We stayed at the Parkside spa hotel before the coast hotel and the latter suffered by comparison. They need to redecorate and speak to the restaurant front desk staff.

Beautiful view of the inner harbour, lovely walkable area, close to the main tourism districts downtown.

Old plastic chairs on the tiny balcony. Thin walls: we could hear people talking in the room next door.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Very clean and had everything you could need. Great stay.

Just a great and quiet location, staff were great. Great place to spend a few days in Victoria.

The amenities were great, the clothesline in the shower is much needed for swimsuits to dry. The bidet was a nice surprise.

The cost of the parking was pretty high. The lack of family friendly dinning options was not great. The fact they offered room service was not advertised.

We really like the location and we had a wonderful view. It was a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf and to Finest at Sea ( another great place for fish and chips or fish tacos. Also, the Pendray if you want to eat ir have tea there. The complimentary shuttle downtown was a huge bonus!

The restaurant was nice for a special dinner, but we did not eat there a second time- too expensive for breakfast or much.

Amazing views from the Lounge. Very friendly staff. Bathroom with the Toto toilet was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable.

It would’ve been nice if Booking had directed me to a reservation with a balcony and water view, as first indicated when I clicked on the hotel. However, by the time I came to pay, it was a room with a city view.

The pool and fire tables in the outdoor dining were beautiful ! The staff were very helpful and friendly with us. Our stay was short and we appreciated how nice the hotel is and how close to w everything it is. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Service and food was excellent. Had breakfasts, a dinner and one night just drinks at the lounge and all were great.

Everything was good. I had vehicle problems and couldn't use the parking I'd paid for. They canceled the fee for that.
