My husband and I had a terrible stay. We got in at 10 o’clock at night. There was young adult men around 20 to 40 years old
Standing around lying on the ground outside. They were in the lobby lying on the floor and couches. Noise was made all night long glasses came to pick them up, drop them off Throughout the night.
We were worried about a car with these men outside my husband didn’t want to leave me alone. There was no light inside a room by the door. They were fire ants on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom. For over $200 a night For one king bed and nothing special this was unacceptable and I want my money back and there was no coffee or anything for breakfast in the morning my clock like promised. I don’t know how you can run a business like this and we were exhausted so we had no choice but to stay so late at night! Btw, your front desk is a falling down mess!! Fix it before you expect paying customers to visit your dumpy hotel, makeshift migrant shelter!

Excellent customer service. They are upgrading the hotel so it’s not ideal but was affordable. Found a live roach in my room near the door. Freaked me out the rest of my stay. Bed was old and uncomfortable.

The bathtub had rust all over and an additional hole, front desk seem to be surprised…of course they change my room by would not give this hotel 1 star

SO COMPLETELY DISGUSTING that I had to file a complaint with the Flordia DBPR. I recommend that other do the same. Here are the findings of the resulting inspection from the Flordia DBPR. Additionally I see that their lisence is inactive and Id like to note that we had to leave the hotel and find a diffrent place to stay as it was so unsanitary. They also refused to refund me which I had to deal with by other means.

Worst hotel visit I’ve ever had! The bed was horrible, it was dented in the middle so we kept rolling to the middle. My body was so sore when I was rudely woken up by construction or repair work before 9am with no notice. The jolt awake when they started drilling was really bad, heart pounding. Pool closes at 8, refrigerator doesn’t work at all, tv was so small the sound was muffled you couldn’t understand anything. But hey, if you like sleeping in a freezer the air conditioner was fantastic.

First of all they required an extra 100.00 deposit on top of the overpriced, outdated property, the bathroom was outdated, no jacks to plug in phones, the toilet ran, all night, then stopped filling so we couldn’t flush it, my daughter’s room smelled like urine, covers on bed were mildewed, we both saw roaches crawling. On top of that when we complained the front desk clerk, acted so unbothered.

We had a flood in our room. No staff available to clean. Took two hours to attend to flooding of the entire room. We had we suitcases. Etc. should have been at least some compensation.

The room was nice and clean it the staff was amazing and over a great experience the room was clean so was the bathroom other than some scuff marks and normal wear and Tate everything was amazing so was the breakfast their options were amazing and fresh me and my family enjoyed our stay.
