I kindly suggest they move fridge and other equipment and clean around them. Seen so much cockroaches and bedroom paint peeling off. Blood on quilt unclean bedroom.

Like most non resort hotels in Fiji, the Ratsun could do with a good clean and better maintenance. In the room I stayed in the bathroom needs a proper scrub to get rid of grime and mould in the corners, not just the cursory wipe down its been getting. No instructions for the TV or wi-fi. AC worked fine, but blows directly onto the bed as the louvres are broken. Only had one night here in between flights. If you're not too fussy, its ok. Not great, but not bad.

We complained about the noise on the first day and somebody came and said will be back in 5 mins to fix it. Never came back within 24hours. We complained again and the lady at reception said there was no record of any complain from previous day. She told me that she will report to the maintenance team in the morning as they have finished for the day. I asked to talk to the manager but the refused to give the contact.The vent was turned off after another complain and turned on again at 7am the next day.the lady at the reception said it was the bakery vent which was 3 storey down. We complained and nobody at the recetion knew about our previous complain so i had to explain everthing again. This time they said it was the kitchen vent above us.they turned the vent off the night before our depature and we slept peacefully one night out of the 5 nights we stayed there.

Average, amenities can be improved, no shower gel for 2 days due to out of stock. No free Wi-Fi in the room, subscribed to a 3-day package for FJD 46, it's not cheap!

The room had no windows but was otherwise clean and spacious. It had a small kitchen. We arrived from the airport at 10pm and were hungry. There was very little food options except a bakery in the back. The next morning we ate in the food court downstairs which was adequate but nothing to write home about. It is close to the airport, and that is why we picked it. We had to get on a ferry the following day. Next time I’ll choose a hotel that is close to the marina where there are more options. This hotel has a very local feel without many western touches.

First the good, close to the airport for late arrivals, the rooms are huge and have unexpected amenities like laundry in the room ( not that we needed that upon arrival). This hotel is really a 2 star and the area around looks a bit rough. While it is generally clean, you notice things like the dirty grout and frayed towels. Itis attached to a smallmall with a grocery store that could be useful. The "food court" has a place to get breakfast but it is incredibly slow.
