This place is awesome. So clean and nicely appointed. Very close to train and tram to the airport. The breakfast was also really nice. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. Also the shower had the most amazing rain shower with tremendous pressure… I will never forget that shower it was incredible.

Nice rooms and bathrooms, the air conditioning worked very well. I appreciated the black out curtains. Good selection for breakfast. The majority of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The only negative was for room 104, it’s very noisy, especially at night. It’s at the top of the staircase and next to a room used by staff. I’m not sure what is directly above it, but it was loud until 1am. My stay was only 2 nights, so I didn’t ask to be moved and have to pack up everything. Glad I had earplugs!

The best thing this hotel has going for it is that it is new. The 5 star rating is definitely unwarranted and misleads expectations. Guests stay would be more positive if it is more accurately labeled a 4 star

This hotel is a brand new luxury hotel right in the best location of Firenze. Since this hotel is so new, staffs are extremely attentive to you and will accommodate your needs. Bedding, amenity, room size, etc everything was perfect.

The Floren is exceptional in every way! From the moment we arrived, the concierge team was very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. We were invited for welcome drinks as our bags were brought directly to our room. Our room was ready earlier than expected! The room itself was beautifully appointed. Gorgeous and brand new, with exceptionally large shower and bathroom area. Beds were very comfortable with crisp linens. There was a welcome note and treat in our room also. Turn down service also at night, with chocolate surprise. The included breakfast is outstanding! A full continental buffet along with a warm breakfast menu. Margherita in the breakfast area was amazing! Total white glove service, with an attentive eye, and humorous banter. she is a great addition to an already super friendly team. Bravo to the entire team! A fantastic stay, we felt like royalty! This, is truly what a first class hotel is all about. Many wonderful perks and little surprises for the guests. Worth every cent! We were greeted us promptly and they started the checkin process, while we waited for our room to be ready they invited us to have welcome drinks at the bar. Afterward we were excepted to our room on the 7th floor. The room was exceptional, very clean, modern upscale. The bathroom had all the necessities. They had a welcome note with a little treat in the room. There was an iPhone in the room which you could use to access concierge, laundry service, etc. the only thing that was missing was an iron in the room which to be fair I didn’t see an iron in any other cities I visited so I believe it may be a cultural thing. However, I was told by reception I could request for iron through their onsite laundry service for a fee. After freshening up, we stepped out for a tour and dinner by the time we got back room service had come in to tidy up and also left us a little midnight snack. We included breakfast in our stay and were not disappointed. All in all we enjoyed, our stay, would definitely go back and would recommend this place to friends and family.

The room smelled like smokers were there previously. I had asked 3 times to see if they could remedy the situation but I never received any help with that. We stayed there for 5 nights so you would have thought they would accommodate us.

The hotel wasn’t completely finished when it comes to being built, lacking tiles etc. Top level service overall with a few bits and pieces that can improve.

This place is completely amazing! My room was awesome. The staff is extremely amazing and accommodating. It is conveniently located near the train station and all the major tourist sites. There is great shopping and dining options all within walking distance. I will definitely return.
