Cervo has put thought into every detail, from checking in to all the room design choices. The breakfast buffet is lovely and includes hot breakfasts, Bazaar has great food for dinner too. The spa was so relaxing, loved looking at the Matterhorn from the hot infinity pool. It feels remote enough on the hill, but is easy to get to with the elevator from the funicular station.

Great stay, the team did a great job at check in. Amazing location for ski in / ski out. We stayed in the family room which was great. Spa was amazing too.

We loved, LOVED staying at the Nomad Lodge and only regret that it was just a short stay! Such a unique and amazing place with a great vibe, the facilities are brilliant, the staff were super helpful and flexible. We will definitely be back!

Cervo Hotel is unique! I would recommend for everyone going to Zermatt. Probably the best hotel atmosphere i've been to! Also my wife and I loved the Bazaar restaurant, you wont regret!

Really fun solo trip for my birthday. Everyone was kind, funny and professional. The food was amazing and the spa fabulous. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and included! Only a slight disappointment the Onsen was closed for maintenance.
