Hmmm, I have stayed on this hotel a few times now and unfortunately this time I have to say that it had gone downhill a bit. The staff are not very friendly or helpful and some are quite rude.
My bikini was stolen from my balcony & they just laughed and said they’d checked the cctv & no one stole it, basically calling me a liar. I asked to look t the cameras but they said no.
Not enough sunbeds at the pool area.
The rooms are lovely though and the whole hotel is very clean.

Decent 3 star hotel just off the main road and less than 5 minutes walk from the main Palolem beachfront. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good - the breakfast buffet offering is quite wide-ranging and good quality. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Only downside is the bathrooms don’t have external windows so get very sticky and hot! Nice gym, pool and spa also on site.

The team was perfect, room perfect,
But was a lot of noise coming from the roof all the day and night , even when I complained on 1:00ap it not stop.
It impossible to slip in this hotel because of the noise .

Very nice modern hotel close to beach (5 min walk) and on Main Street next to shops and local restaurants. Pool area was clean and pool attendants present Breakfast was ok but overall service very good. Hotel has a small but nice bar area Staff all extremely helpful

The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is lovely and the sun lounges very comfortable. The rooms themselves could do with some updating but overall we were very happy with the hotel

I had a wonderful stay of 8 days! Staff was so helpful, especially the front desk, Shyman and Joel my waiter in the dining room! These people made me feel so comfortable in a new country to me… I definitely will return!

Very nice hotel. Room was lovely with a view of the pool. Staff were friendly and really tried there best. Pool was very clean. Restaurant was hectic at times so sometimes had a long wait but the food was excellent and staff very accommodating. Best hotel in the town by a long way.

The bathroom had a strong smell of urine everyday. My towels were extremely old and worn out.
The staff members were excellent and the Spa was very good.

I highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. The pool is really nice, good location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is a bit limited (other then Indian food). The breakfast area was really packed which made us wait very long for the food.

The Hotel is nicely located close to the Palolem beach, very convenient. Check in was seamless , rooms are very nice nice ambience, clean and all requirements taken care.
However House Keeping doesn't respond .. It will take hours to respond.
In Room servicing takes long time .. if you're starving better go out and eat .. if you wait for in room dining you might die of starvation.
Good News is food quality and taste is good ! if you can wait.
Restaurant- Break fast was excellent.
Dinner was a chaos! I think they restaurant needs a good manager to manage there were hardly 50 -60 people in restaurant and they could not manage any one a complete disaster.
Hotel : doesn't serve welcome drink for a 4 star claim.
No Cookies or fruit basket these are small things but makes difference.
Not worth for the price we pay , but convenient.

We stayed here during a period of partial lockdown so couldn’t use the spa or pool but this was not the fault of the hotel as was at order by the government.
The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff were Helpful despite difficult circumstances.
