Immerse yourself in the spirit and comfort of Southern California from the moment you step inside this one-of-a-kind luxurious single family house. Located within miles of the original Disneyland Park, the pool house boasts more than 3200 square foot in size and exudes the joy and relaxation of "The Happiest Place On Earth". A picture is worth a thousand words, but pictures sometimes cannot do it justice - nothing but the best in this home. Here, as in SoCal itself, dreams can become reality.
Early check-in can be allowed if there is an availability. Please ask the host the day before your arrival to check the availability. To ask for availability anytime before that will provide no result.
Late checkout is not allowed as the cleaners have a busy schedule and any time change greatly affects their plan. We charge $60 every 30 minutes if the checkout is after 11 am. This fee is not prorated.
A neighbor living next door acts as the onsite manager. She can be interacted as much or little as desired during your stay.
The pool/jacuzzi can be heated for an extra charge and it varies by the season. To have it heated, a 24-hour-in-advance paid request is required. You're welcome to use the pool in the daytime and until 11:30 pm, if you can keep it quiet after the Quiet Hours (9 pm - 9 am).
1. House is completely cleaned and sanitized before each and every stay. We the homeowners and managers are NOT held responsible for any COVID19-related diseases that might occur to the guests during or after their stay. It is the guests' full and sole discretion to choose to book and stay at the property.
2. Please respect the neighbors and make 9 pm - 9 am quiet hours during your stay. No parties and events are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in a premature termination of our short-term rental agreement.
3. Drugs (including marijuana) are NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of $500 and will result in a premature termination of our short-term rental agreement.
4. Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of at least $200 but not greater than $500.
5. Pets are NOT allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule incurs a fine of at least $200 but not greater than $500.
6. The house is privately owned; we the homeowners and managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowners and managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
7. Swimming Pool: No lifeguard on duty. No running or horseplay in pool area. No diving. No food or drink. No glass containers or alcoholic drinks. No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the swimming pool without adult supervision at any time. When using the swimming pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. USE THE SWIMMING POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Homeowners are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
8. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
9. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
10. People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
11. Parking: Parking is restricted to the garage and the driveway. A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed to park. The Homeowners are not held responsible for incidents such as towed vehicles, break-ins, and etc.
12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
