The location was easy to find. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was good with a bonus kitchenette. Free coffee with a coffee maker was nice. The heater worked perfectly also.

NO ELEVATOR to the second floor was a HUGE problem as we are elderly and my husband had to carry our bags up the stairs. There were also a lot of dogs barking most of the night. The bed was uncomfortable and overall the noise was a lot. There were people arguing, shouting and loud noises throughout the night. The Internet was down so no wifi available.
