Very, very quiet. We were saying this might be our quietest one we've been in in 12 motel stops. They did say- no continental breakfast. There was no bar soap in the room. Heater hard to regulate.

Not a brand new hotel, but the hotel was very clean as well as the rooms, staff was friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable. It was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at and I will gladly stay there the next time I am in Buffalo.

Booked this place because they served breakfast. I booked on line and there was no mention of a discount anywhere. When we checked in we were told that the rate was discounted because there was no breakfast. We did not see a discount of any kind

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and how presentable it was for the price we paid. It was one of the nicest we've stayed in on our trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast, bar soap, or kleenex, but we honestly didn't mind any of that.

We booked later on the same day that we stayed. Check in was quick and painless. I drive the Amish so the only one with an ID was myself, took my ID for all four rooms and allowed them to pay with their credit card.

Entering the hotel, smelt like dead mice.
Everything was out of order, elevator, ice machine, soap machine to wash clothes. No breakfast, had stale coffee. The outside door by hallway was unlocked to the public to enter.

No ice, no breakfast, old beds, dingy sheets, filthy remotes. Refrigerator didn’t work, elevator didn’t work. Stained carpeting everywhere. Debris along edges of room and hallways. Rude service. Dirty windows in the inside. Threatening signs regarding anything and everything that may happen to their premier property. Exit door on one end of hall could not be opened from the outside. Staff insisted it could. Others couldn’t open it. Stated it remained unlocked. Wanted a receipt in the morning. No ine available I could go in. It should be shut down.

On the plus side the room was spacious and clean. They also accommodated our dog but charged a $15 nightly fee.

There were many deficits. Elevator and ice machine were broke; however the staff did provide ice when requested. In the room there was shampoo and conditioner but no soap. The Kleenex box on the bathroom was empty. Breakfast was advertised but not available when we were there. Was ok since the price was right.
