The property was clean and the staff was great! Breakfast was amazing I would highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn on your travels thru buffalo

Large room, easy access off highway.
We were not notified ahead of time that the pool would be closed and even the week prior when we stayed, we let them know we were disappointed that the hot tub had been closed and hoped it would be open when we were back in a week. Unfortunately, we weren't notified even then that the pool would be completely shut down upon our return. I would have cancelled my reservation. After 10 hours of driving, all I wanted was a hot tub and my kids to be able to swim it out. They were able to provide passes to the local YMCA but that was disappointing as well. It was 4:30 PM by the time we arrived and the Y closed at 6. Not very convenient. The last thing I wanted to do was have to load my kids back into the car and drive somewhere. Additionally, the hotel should have provided towels to take to the Y, as they don't offer them at the facility. Paying almost $200/ a night, you'd expect the amenities offered or a discount.
Breakfast is mediocre at best. Watery eggs, dry potatoes, bland sausage. Thankfully, cheap bagels always taste the same.
The rooms are not kid friendly, even I had to stand on my tippy toes at some moment to get my head over the sink. Walls are paper thin.
Will never stay or recommend this facility again. Communication is key and this place, is lacking.

Only issue was booking it. Originally cost was $146 a night. When I went to confirm- price was $200+ a night. Not sure why

No microwave in the room as in room description and sheets on queen bed were too small and kept coming off of the corners.

Location was right off the freeway, very convenient. Our dog, Bentley, was welcomed & our room was spacious. Loved how clean the hotel was.
Great staff, wonderful experience. Cam recommended a great place for dinner & even gave Bentley a welcome treat! Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice property with a great staff. Breakfast and coffee bar were up to usual good standards. Made good use of the hot tub after a long day. Was welcomed by a pleasant young lady with a nice smile.

Bold on the sheets on both beds and to top it off my 2 year old found a SWUTCHBLADE DAGGER ON THE SIDE OF THE BED !!!!! A KNIFE!!! WITH A SENSITIVE TRIGGER! AND I HAVE NO WORDS....

Everything was excellent! Clean properties, friendly and helpful staff. I booked this property through booking.com but when we arrived they could not find our reservation. Sarah and Jennifer were so helpful. They ensured us that we would still have our room and helped us in getting our refund from booking.com
