This elegant home features an open-plan kitchen/lounge with navy blue cabinets and white marble worktops, a luxurious main bedroom, a stylish garden perfect for relaxing, and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the local attractions including Poole Harbour and the famous Sandbanks Peninsula, making it the perfect retreat for both relaxation and exploration.

This modern kitchen boasts contrasting navy blue cabinets and white marble worktops, creating a sleek and stylish space to prepare meals. Enjoy breakfast at the two-seater breakfast bar, which can also double up as a workspace for those looking to catch up on work during their stay - WiFi is included.
Stylish pendant lighting adds a touch of elegance to the room, while the electric oven, full-size fridge/freezer and induction hob provide all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Surrounding the deck are elegant stone pots filled with lush olive trees, adding sophisticated Mediterranean charm to this luxurious space.
Sit back and unwind on the modern rocking chairs overlooking the well manicured lawn, ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of coffee and a good book.
Bathroom
Floor to ceiling grey tiles create a sleek and contemporary feel, while the walk-in shower with rainfall overhead provides the ultimate relaxation experience. The bathroom is complete with a WC, basin, mirror with storage, and a heated towel rail. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.
Second bedroom
Located in an annexe separate to the main property, this clean and stylish space offers a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating two guests. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you wish to use the sofa bed.
The room is complete with a grey triple wardrobe and bedside table for your convenience. Windows let in plenty of natural light, and there is a wall-mounted mirror with hooks to hang clothes.
