I am very pleased to say that it's no longer the red line motel that's for sure the customer service is up to par not uncomfortable and easy and friendly and workable with all of your needs as a motel! Special shout out to the guy at the front desk he's amazing!

The hotel was run down, tv didn’t work, window was fully open upon check in with no screen and wouldn't lock.

It smelled like garbage and air fresheners to mask how terrible the smell was. No breakfast was available although the description advised it was included. The room bathroom was not clean and different random shampoo and conditioner brands were used from other properties. The beds were uncomfortable and thankfully we only stayed a night.

Beds are really hard but the pillows were nice over stuffed and fluffy. There was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room when we checked in. We called the next morning to ask if they could bring us more and were asked to come get it from the desk. It was after 9 am, so the front desk wasnt alone.

Up to date furnishings. No breakfast when listed they offered breakfast. Offered a 20% discount at IHOP with room key, however needed to go back to hotel to give key back by 1100am. Very inconvenient so did not use. Walked into lobby and it smelled like mothballs.

I won stay there again. The smell and humidity was awful. No elevator. No breakfast. The carpet was so nasty I had to was the black off my feet before I could put my socks on. The smell in the lobby was disgusting

It was comfortable and clean inside the hotel and it’s in an excellent location! However, the parking lot is a disgrace! People throw their trash out everywhere!
It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but definitely worth it as an economic booking.

This property has been fully updated. I would like to point out it doesn't have elevators. Only stairs which, could pose an issue for some.

After checking in I was informed that there would not be any breakfast as they were doing some remodeling and could not serve food. Got to my room and was going to take a hot bath as I have severe arthritis and there was no plug for the drain. Management said none of the rooms have plugs and I would need to take a shower instead. I go to take a shower and there is no water pressure coming out of the shower head. I had to be moved to another room because they couldn’t get it fixed.
