You are welcomed into a contemporary living area, tastefully decorated with conversational pieces and comfortable furnishings. An open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area are down the hall, boasting a 12-seater dining table perfect for Sunday brunches; serviced by a guest wash closet. The large patio doors open onto a lush dual garden, one dedicated to children's outdoor activities and another with outdoor seating and dining facilities, for those warm summer months.
Down a flight of stairs and into the basement, you’ll find a cinema with a 7ft projector screen, a fully equipped kitchen, a playroom, a wash closet, an office as well as an enticing entertainment and fitness area. There is also a bedroom with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide) on this floor, serviced by an ensuite bathroom with a shower stall.
Up the stairs and on the first-floor you will discover the opulent master bedroom with a UK emperor-sized bed (8ft wide) which can be configured into two small UK double beds (4ft wide) on request.
