Enjoy the beaches and holiday vibe, then escape to this welcoming 2-bedroom Otumoetai bungalow. Your perfect holiday base is beautifully presented with stylish bedrooms, pristine bathroom and generous open plan living.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the lounge opens onto a large private patio area. The sun-drenched patio is perfect for breakfast or a sundowner before going into town; just pick the spot that suits you and celebrate your individuality!
Guest have access to the entire property however there are areas within the home that are not available. The office, shed outside and carport are not for guest use.
Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by messaging us through your booking platform. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
After a day with the holiday crowds, laidback Otumoetai is just the tonic you need. It’s the perfect blend: sea and sand when you want it; comfort and relaxation when you need it.
For a break from the surf try the network of walking and cycle paths. Nearby McCardles Bush is a great place to start your exploration of mangroves, tidal zones and reserves. Do the 2-hour circuit and you’ve earned a rewarding fish and chip dinner at your local chippie, Grange Road Takeaways – yum.

- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises between 10pm - 8am. Neighbours are able to call a hot-line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- No shoes allowed inside
- If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmiths fee.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
