Easy access to shops pubs restaurants etc

Outside looks a bit dodgy

Ok kitchen, washing machine.

Not clean, weak water pressure in the shower, barely had any hot water, stinky milk left from previous guests in the fridge, parking is availability based(had no parking), no wifi password or instructions anywhere.

Very good communication with the owner, simple heating controls and easy to find wifi code.

It was cold when we arrived.

I could not access it as the instructions for the key safe were wrong. I called the emergency number given in the booking but there was no response. It was dark and raining heavily - it was also getting late and therefore I had to find alternative accommodation. I have tried to seek a refund from the owner but had had no response. I travel a little and this is the first time anything like this has happened to me. I would also note that the property is down a narrow and dark lane with graffiti on a nearby building.

Great location in centre of Brecon close to shops and restaurants. Really big apartment with plenty of space for 4 adults and a toddler. Its in a secure location and felt safe apartment was clean with all the facilities needed for a nights stay There is 3 parking spaces outside but also free parking f just a short walk away
