Stunningly beautiful property and furnishings with a generously sized room and kitchen. The streets outside are pretty noisy and the sound travels into the room, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

I stayed for 5 days and I really liked the property and area around the hotel. It is close to the beach and walkable to most places. The room was big and clean. I liked that it had a microwave, fridge and safe.

Noce little property, however it is definitely not worth over $200 a night, this is more of an $80 place. Inside was loud, minimal handicap accessibility.

Not clean at all. There was hair on multiple towels. No soap in the bathroom. Dirt in drawers. The fridge froze everything no matter if I changed the temp. Location was the only good thing, and still super loud. I could also hear the person snoring in the room across the hall.

If you want to be right in the middle of the action this place is perfect for you. Two blocks from beach, one block from the main stretch of bars, etc that line the beach. The room was clean and inside the hotel it was very quiet. Outside the hotel expect to hear horns, loud music and drunk people until the 3-5AM. We had ear plugs which I would highly recommend if your goal is to sleep rather than party until the sun comes up. Overall loved this placed!

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach. The area is generally busy with tourists, but very walkable with tons of restaurants and shops. Hotel is a little outdated, but is safe and has what you need. No cable TV (antenna channels) so don’t expect to watch your favorite shows. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi could be better.

For the location, this place is a gem! Comfortable, clean, and the location is amazing. Parking is tough, but that’s just a South Beach issue. Highly recommend!

Room is a little dated. But you’re only in there to sleep tight? This is the perfect spot and right near Ocean Drive and the beach! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Adorable little hotel with a vintage vibe but totally renovated. Staff is amazing, room comfortable and with everything we needed, even beach chairs. Super well located.
Even when SoBe was super busy with a horrible, loud and drunk crowd, we did not hear a sound during our sleeping hours.

Room was very clean and comfortable in a great location. Only thing that would’ve made it better was more check in hours. Our flight was delayed & didn’t arrive until 4am but we weren’t able to check in until 8am.

Location! Location! Location! It was so wonderful I have to say it 3 times. I love the South Beach vibe! Hotel staff were on point. Only other downside was because of Covid the hotel doesn’t want tables and chairs on their porch as other hotels do have chairs and tables and don’t have a restaurant on site. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return to Viscay Hotel. 💚
