Reading the reviews to any stay away from home is essential. I had no problems with communication. With the slight problem I had (trash was left outside on balcony) WeHost was swift in taking care of it and very apologetic. These apartments are dated. There are no towels/washcloths. We knew to pack our own from previous reviews. Kitchen floor was greasy. Beds are low, but comfy. There is no television in the room with the one bed. I wish there were household cleaning supplies to clean sinks and tubs after usage. Amenities are as pictured. Overall, I Won’t complain. Crystal City is a great location to DC.

We had a nice stay but were disappointed w/ the lack of consistency between the amenities listed & offered. Communication was difficult & the welcome email had confusing verbiage. Were sent a link to provide add’l security deposit & upload our ids despite Hotels.com saying not to use external links. There’s a road closed area by the entrance- would’ve been nice to know. When cooking we realized there wasn’t hotpads. There were no dishcloths/towels, just a used sponge & watered down dish soap. The rental said hotpads were unsanitary despite us saying it’s a safety issue. We had a 1/2 roll of paper towels & 2 small toilet paper rolls. We don’t expect rentals to include a week’s worth of products but these were in the listing so assumed they’d at least provide supplies for a few days. When contacting them, we were told the items were the “Welcome Kit.” Beds were relatively comfortable despite not being “luxury bedding” as listed & one sheet w/ something questionable on it. Towels: 7 bath, 2 hand, 0 washcloths. Typical of futon sofas, the fold out bed was not comfortable. The property was overall quiet. We contacted the company when the dryer was taking 3+ cycles to dry. We were asked to leave our key at the desk for maintenance. We forgot to leave a key yet maintenance still entered, leaving a note & emptied linen trap, telling us to check that between loads - insulting in my 30+ yrs of doing laundry. Plan to bring the necessities if you plan to stay here!

Property overall was really good. However, it would have been nice to have more bath towels and some washcloths. Also pool towels would have been nice.

The property was nice. Unfortunately tons of construction outside and figuring out parking was a bit difficult. Working with this host was awkward. Wehost requires twenty a day for parking when the property asks for ten. We were given 2 pool passes when we registered with 3 adults and 3 kids. Bring your own toilet paper, the tissue left in the room was thinner than tissue paper. Overall the room was clean but we did find they didnt vacuum well, there were cherrios left from the previous guests. Shower head was not rainfall. It was barely a trickle. Which is mentioned in a previous review (im assuming they havent fixed it yet and not that they do not care?) I wish i had been told they would require a separate transaction on a different website for a 300 security deposit the day we were arriving. They sent a verification link several times that never worked, many others who have booked with wehost have had identity theft issues. The pool is very nice, had access to a game room, and my family used the 24 hr gym daily. Easy walking distance to the metro about a 10 min walk. The front desk staff at the property were very kind. Walls are thin and the unit next to us was smoking marijuana which the odor filled our unit even with the windows and balcony door closed. Relatively quiet environment minus the party next door and the construction.beds and couch were comfy. Had to be creative only 4 chairs at the table even though we booked for 6. Nothing major bad. Decent stay

Super clean, convenient and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the property while moving her out of her college dorm. The apartment was extremely clean, nice plush carpet and comfortable beds. The terrace is a very nice to have with a table and comfortable chairs provided. Parking was $20 a day- not bad for the area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. The Front Desk staff was delightful especially Cameron. A few cons: shower pressure was horrible, overall shower/tub needs some love especially the master bathroom. There weren’t any face or hand towels available. Super basic household items in the apartment. Note for owners; please put a coffee table in the living room to help avoid spills on the carpet. I will definitely stay here again.
