This hotel is in a great location for the old town. Perfect for a short stay, not sure I would like 2 weeks there due to no balconies or terraces. Rooms are basic but very clean, some rooms have recently been updated. Excellent value for what I paid.

This hotel is in a great location at the bottom of the old town and 5 mins away from levente beach .very clean room ,basic (Needs small fridge in room) great staff very helpful would definitely stay again......

Hotel muy ruidoso, mal insonorizado, sin persianas, entra La Luz tanto de día como de noche, ventanas con moho de la Humedad, clientes borrachos e irrespetuosos dando golpes en puertas y voces a altas horas de la madrugada sin que el personal del hotel haga nada para remediarlo, sin acceso con vehículo y todo el parking de la zona de pago en zona azul, restaurante con comida muy básica y reciclada del día anterior, el personal amable y con buena disposición, no lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Hotel very noisy, poorly soundproofed, without blinds, enters La Luz both day and night, windows with moisture mold, drunken and disrespectful customers knocking on doors and voices in the early hours of the morning without hotel staff making nothing to remedy it, without access with vehicle and all the parking of the area of ​​payment in blue zone, restaurant with very basic and recycled food of the previous day, the friendly staff and with good disposition, I do not recommend it under any concept

Good position! RIght in the middle of the old town, you can actually breath the atmosphere of Benidorm. Too hot though. Radiators were fully on and the tiny yard between the rooms doesn't let the wind in or any draft to cool the place

Hotel is located right in the middle of the old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach, so fantastic location. It is essence a budget hotel so don’t expect 4/5 star facilities on budget prices I would definitely return if your looking for a hotel in a fantastic position in the old town Rooms are cleaned every day and is clean The hotel is dated and has no pool, but value for money is excellent, if you do want 4/5 facilities you need to look elsewhere and pay a lot more

the morning front desk Adrean was great helpful,cheerful happy to oblige the afternoon evening shift his brother was rude abrupt careless and perhaps on drugs

The hotel had no room even though I had booked 2 months before hand they transferred me to another hotel a mile away not what I wanted . Why didn’t they tell me before I got there I could have found another one myself nearby

Great location, 5 mins walk from the beach. Not luxury, but a room for under €40 for two, who could complain. Very helpful & friendly staff, thank you. We did not eat here, so we can not comment on the food, but breakfast was offered. We would stay here again.

Rained the first day the cleared up. so all good in the end. Not a good view from the room,a bit like a prison (see photo) wanted a balcony but none left. Toilet in the room is ridiculous, it is so close to and faces the bath so nearly impossible to sit on!! Shower screen ill-fitted so water everywhere from the nice,powerful shower. Nice Tapas in the area. Good hotel bar next to hotel.
