It was an amazing experience

Great brand new hotel with easy and free parking. Rooms were fresh and TVs were great. Only negative was at 5am a VERY LOUD sound would go off once an hour for 3 straight hours. When advising front desk staff (and a maintenance man), they simply didn’t seem interested in identifying the issue to get it fixed (probably just airplanes they said). Someone else posted the same thing in reviews and management needs to address it.

My wife and I decided at the last minute to book this place for the night. The hotel is just a couple of months old and is very nice. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was super clean and the rooms allow you to Chrome Cast from your device to the TV.

I stayed here to be closer to a morning flight. This place is brand new, extremely clean, modern, and really nice!! I wouldn't say I like hotels and this tbh is the best place I have ever been, the beds are a nice memory foam, down like pillows and crisp clean sheets. the rooms are impeccable! Close to food, dunkin etc and 1 mile from the airport. has a small onsite chips soda etc and a bar.

Booked the hotel days before but once we arrived was told they were all booked up. We were placed in a broken room where the hand held shower head or electric window shades did not work.They did move us the next morning but this should not have happened where our requested room was not available. The hot breakfast could use some work. The bar is small and not as expected.

Great new hotel in the BWI area. Clean rooms and superb breakfast. Ideal for a short term stay.

Staff were very pleasant. The property is new and very clean. I definitely will be back.

The hotel was new and very clean. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is included and they have a bar with a small food menu. However, there are several places to eat within a 5 min drive. Parking was free and ample and quick access to the highway.

New hotel, nice front desk clerk. Attractive interiors. Comfortable beds. Room could use more outlets. The restaurant has very few food choices and very limited hours, but everything was very clean. I will stay here again when I visit Baltimore.

The hotel was only open one week when I visited. It is distinctly well appointed, quiet and has awesome mattresses. There were a handful of issues still on their “punch list” mostly having to do with finishing the landscaping. But their breakfast is a proper spread, well stocked and kept up to snuff throughout the breakfast hours. Great start to what I assume will be successful hotel for a long time. John Burnette

Weekend stay for a concert in the centre of Baltimore. New hotel - a few teething issues (insufficient breakfast food, maintenance equipment lying around, fittings coming loose in use) but a very confused and excellent location. Spacious room, good bathroom and plenty of parking. Drove to the light rail for access to the city, where it’s a 15 min trip from North Linthicum to Camden yards and only $2. breakfast hit and miss - ran out of most options with an hour left to go, but the quality of what was offered was good. Will use the Hyatt House option again, recommended.

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

It’s brand new. Given that the staff did the best they could. Although the website advertised an airport shuttle they had nobody to cover the early morning shift and we had to call a Lyft. They advertise a restart when it’s really a bar with food. Again, staff was efficient and apologetic, but I would not stay there for another year or so.

New and the breakfast was great!

The staff was very nice and attended to our Needs and was very efficient in doing their work, Even though they are a new hotel by BWI,I hope they never lose there good customer service
