Centrally located, historic Sandpiper offers a serene desert escape just steps from acclaimed El Paseo shopping, dining and outdoor activities. This beautifully appointed one-story condo offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and nearly 2000 feet of open concept living space. It boasts two furnished outdoor patios, one facing manicured landscaping and the stunning Santa Rosa mountains and another that's completely private with a BBQ, lounge seating, and fire table. You'll enjoy the indoor/outdoor feel throughout with 10 foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliders that overlook the community pool (heated to 84 degrees), and picnic area with outdoor kitchen, shuffleboard and putting green.
Remodeled during Covid, this home features a modern kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, large double sink bathrooms, ample closet space, and contemporary furnishings for the “ahhhhhh” you’re looking for. For a true home away from home stay, we provide everything you’ll need including central heating/AC, washer/dryer, free WIFI, four smart TVs, remote-controlled blackout shades, all linens including beach towels, and a starter kit of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
Sandpiper is located in desirable South Palm Desert, a literal playground for golfers, hikers, bikers, as well as tennis and pickleball players. And, most of these activities are walking distance. The greater Coachella Valley offers a wide variety of attractions including the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Joshua Tree National Park, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, McCallum Theatre, Acrisure Arena, Agua Caliente Casino, the PNB Tennis Tournament and several music festivals including Stagecoach and Coachella.
If you’re looking for an extended getaway comfortable enough to call home this is the rental for you!

The condo sleeps six comfortably, but it can sleep up to nine if two children sleep in each full-sized bed and someone sleeps on the couch.
There is one parking spot available in our shared garage, and guest parking close to the unit. We also offer charging for electric cars at no additional cost.
We offer automated, keyless entry and outdoor security cameras for your safety.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON OR NEAR THE PROPERTY.
No more than 10 people in the home at one time. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. No loud music or noise inside or out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
