The space

A modern 3-level house featuring comfort designer finishes. The space
encourages easy living fully fitted with a washer, dryer, dishwasher,
and fully equipped kitchen guaranteed to bring out your inner Jamie
Oliver!
Located on the top floor of a modern and secure block, the main bedroom
is equipped with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. This
bedroom has a bright and airy feel thanks to large windows that extend
into the expansive balcony with ocean views. The is a dedicated office
area on this floor.
The second bedroom is located on the second floor. On this floor, there
is a main lounge area and dining space which open up to the large
balcony that has a small plunge pool ideal to relax and cool off during
the summer. This bedroom has a separate balcony next to it, and a
standalone bathroom next door.

The kitchen, the small dining lounge and the courtyard space is located
on the ground floor.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
The ground floor is also home to the dedicated housekeeper, who is
available to assist with additional cleaning, laundry services, and
general helper duties. She is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and
Fridays upon request, for an additional fee agreed upon with her.

Kindly note that South Africa is currently experiencing load shedding
(intermittent loss of electricity). The building is affected by load
shedding however we will provide a load a shedding lamp in the

that you will have internet connectivity, a UPS automatically powers
the router during loadshedding.

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the penthouse to
themselves.

Other things to note

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are
provided.

Smoking - not allowed
