Hotel has been recently remodeled/could still be in remodeling phase. Stay was fine until the fire alarm wake up call - but hey, at least they work. The area behind the hotel was rundown (putting it nicely). Looks like someone is putting in the effort to restore the hotel. Kudos to them!

No hot/warm water... Had to take cold showers. Spoke to front desk several times about the issue was told they are working on it and to give it a little bit more time. It was never fixed. I asked for some of my money back since I did get a bed to sleep in but NO hot/warm water to shower with. The manager at the front office agreed. Said it would take about a week to get the refund and gave me his card. That was 3 weeks ago. He's avoiding my phone calls......

Overall the hotel was decent. First morning the toilet wouldnt flush and the shower wouldnt drain. The room didnt habe a fridge as advertised, and there was not breakfast offered also as advertised.

When we checked in there was no hot water. They were working on it and by morning we were able to have enough to shower and shave. There was no in-room coffee, or hand soaps and the refrigerator had not been installed yet. We were told that they had only been open for two days. The property itself was immaculate. Looks like a work in progress. Pretty pricey but it was Bourbon Fest weekend and a Louisville Football game.

Would have been good if there was hot water for a shower and less noise from a convention across the street.
My grandson was the client and he didn’t know to tell u about no hot water.
