Nice apartment, close to city center. Well equipped laundry room on the floor.

Apartment was directly at the road side and very loud. Recommend to take a room with sea view. Windows did not close properly, but somebody came to fix it. The mattress of the sofa bed is horrible!!! NOT SUITABLE FOR SLEEPING. The sofa itself is nice. I got at least minimum 16 (!) emails because of this booking from the agency which is pretty annoying.

location was perfect for us, plus we had the sea view :). Very good bakery nearby, parking lot nearby (with Superchargers), supermarket nearby,... There is a laundry room on each floor with washing machine and clothes dryer (iron and ironing board in the appartment).

We have got another appartment then we saw at the reservation pictures, but the appartement was great. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at Domino's on the ground floor of the building. This was quickly resolved. The view over the water was beautiful.

The location is perfect for us. It is very close to the large public parking (only 1-minute walk) and KIWI supermarket. Some apartments also have sea view. There is elevator so it is so convenience for guests who have large luggage like us. Apartment is clean and well equipped. All kitchenette are in good order. Our room is 100% same as photo in website. The lobby in our floor is also nice. There are laundry room, large garbage cans and sofa. It looks so clean and comfy.

Dry area in the bathroom is wet when using shower.

Very nice view of harbour. Good location to walk into new and old town. Restaurants and shopping close by. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Couldn't find how to regulate the temperature. Was a little stuffy but could open front door/window and it was then ok.

Bright and spacious apartment with beautiful view. It was perfect for a family of 4 since it had two floors with gorgeous views. Everything was perfect and we just loved staying there! Free washing machine and dryer with free detergent provided and just outside your door.) Great location with bakery and restaurants around, next door to supermarket.

The big problem was... the payment. Normally Booking charges me, but here "the host will charge you when entering the apartment". But the whole check-in procedure was done via internet, no problem at all. The first day received a call, the payment was not done, but, she should send me a link. No link received in my E-mail. Next day I was horrible attached by a guy, big talk if I should NOT pay... But I still did not receive the link. Later spoke to a very friendly lady (totally opposite of the guy) and she said I had to look in the notifications on the Booking site (where nobody ever looks), and there was the payment link. Strange that normally you get all the notifications, also from this apartment, via E-mail, but this one not. A lot of frustrations.... but the apartment is great

Perfect location ie centre few minutes, parking next door, easy access by car….apartment clean, comfortable, modern.

Not their fault but I didn’t realise that I was supposed to pay for the rooms ; I thought it would be automatic linked to my reservation…I received a call while driving from Oslo and had to arrange a money transfer from my phone; apart from that all was nice and smooth

The location perfect, window view to port amazing.

The location was perfect. Next to a well connected bus stop (e.g. Sverd i Fjell). Next to an Airport bus stop. Just uproad from the Oil museum. Next to the pier to Flor & Fjære. A short walk to the centre. Food shops and bakery's across the road. The waterbus stop being just next to the apartment doesn't mean it's noisy.

The information concerning entrance code did not come in time. Even after we were back home I got another mail with information about how I would be getting my entrance code and the time when the room would be available. I expect more accuracy in this from a company that does everything through the internet. We had to call the - very accessible - helpline and even get some help from the cleaners that were still in the building when we arrived 15 minutes later than the latest time at which we should have gotten the entrance code. But it all worked out fine within a few minutes.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a stunning view of the harbour. There is a lift. I loved the colours of the curtains and furniture: matching with the colours of the fjords. It is in a good location with nearby restaurants, bus stops, ferry, harbour.

We got the apartment on the 1st floor. Rather noisy and bed is positioned in something that feels like a closet. My husband did not fit into the bed.

Location, ample space for 3 or 4 people. Useful kitchen. Modern light and airy apartment with easy access to the Fjords transportation.

The location is great overall, the placement, the cleanliness, the design, the furniture. Comfortable bed, free Netflix, fully equipped kitchen. Very easy check in and check out, good communication with the host. Very close to the Flybuss bus stop and also to other bus stops. Also very warm and cozy, all in all. I really recommend this beautiful location!

I would have wanted a room with a sea view and I thought that all rooms have a sea view, but unfortunately mine was oriented to the street. So try to communicate this in advance. Also, be aware that, if you need an invoice and you have booked via Booking, the property can only issue an invoice 10-15 days after check out.
