Location very close to the center. Enough space and free parking.
No washing machine kind of old furniture.

The location was amazing! Close to Stavanger and Archeology Museums which was great with the kids.
The bathroom needs a deep clean. There was mold on the wall above the toilet. Some on the pans were also still dirty.
The house is currently being renovated and the exterior is looking great but it was off putting having someone taking up the outdoor patio space while we were inside and using loud equipment outside the window.

I liked the spaciousness and comfort of beds. Kitchen was adequate. BATHROOM FACILITY WORKED WELL. PLACE SEEMED CLEAN.
Construction at kitchen door leaving scaffolding that blocked use of the porch. Difficulty getting in with door code to building.

The large rooms, quiet neighborhood and proximity to the center make it a great accommodation. The owner was very helpful and contactable. It was a great pleasure.

Access, i.e stairs so steep could not get large bags up. Not for older ppl or those not fit for this. Older style property, every time someone in lower flat slammed door, noise carried through apartment waking us..

It was inconvenient to be arranged in a penthouse and the facilities provided did not match the website.

Close to town centre and all attractions.
Clean bedding and towels. Clear instructions to gain access.
Cooker very slow to heat up so it takes quite a time for the kettle to boil.
Water leaks from the shower cubicle so floor gets wet.
TV and bedside lamp not working.

Much noise early in the morning from outside , very old place . Much for money .

Free parking. Walking distance to the centre in a residential neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen appliances, TV, Netflix, laundry facilities, etc.
The layout of the attic could be better to make it more comfortable (e.g. bathroom or distribution of the furniture). It could have also been cleaner.

Comfortable studio under the eaves, clever layout maximized the space. Would stay again and recommend.
