Nice new property in an up and coming district. It's what you would expect from a new construction.

I enjoyed my stay. This is one of the best Fairfield Inn.

At check in, the hotel employee was rude. Making me and my wife feel unwelcome at his hotel.

This is a brand-spanking new hotel; so new that it doesn't appear on some maps & taxi/Uber drivers have difficulty in locating it. It's near the Slim Chicken if drivers need directions. As it's fairly new, everything was clean & in excellent condition. The staff were very friendly. The price paid included an all-you-can-eat self-service continental breakfast, which included a range of cereals, fruit, hot waffles, yoghurt, toast, muffins, bacon, scrambled egg, cheesy-egg muffins. 4 different juices, tea & coffee. Highly recommended, & we felt safe in this wider area of Memphis which doesn't have the best of reputations for crime.
