Excellent location, close to Surin Beach (1-minute walk), 7/11 across the street and next to a great Thai restaurant called Madams. Bang Tao night market is close by and a must-visit. Strong WIFI, a comfy bed, a fridge in the room and 2 bottles of free water daily. The staff were very helpful.

Room close to beach and downtown area, had a balcony. Staff were friendly and nice at hotel

Hotel is older and first time I booked it and it was confirmed but received a message saying cancelled as price on internet incorrect. So I paid a higher price at same hotel but was disappointed because hotel requires updating. Bed boxspring is shredding underneath as were curtains shredding and need repair or replacement. Elevator old so I took the stairs. No pool but close to beach area. Photos of hotel look much nicer than in person

the room was smelly, there were no restaurant, no pool, no common areas and very small and not really pleasant balcony overlooking the dirty wall with noisy and hot conditioner

Close to beach, room was spacious.

Not good Shampoo and soap, no shower gel, no staff at the reception, no phone in the room, no hand wash, no hair drier. Breakfast was poor. No slippers in room.

Nice big fridge. Very spacious room and convenient furniture (although one plug outlet wasn't working).

As not many visitors (I think I was the only one), no-one around ever so a bit of calling on the telephone to get someone to check me in and there was no real understanding to expect me from Booking.com. However, all's well that ends well and they were very accommodating with a very late check-out. I'm not fussed about it. Breakfast was a bit confusing being two shops down but we got there in the end!
