No access to the beach private property all along the beach line. Even worse there is no sandy shoreline to walk barefoot.

No toilet paper...at all in the bathroom.
There was a pouch of tuna on the floor. The refrigerator was not cold the microwave should not be used. It's a fire hazard. The A/C filter needed cleaning -it was choking the flood lights in the room are horrible but that's the only source light. You get what you pay for, right

It's not a five-star hotel but it was very clean the bed was very hard but at the same time it was soft and I got a good night's sleep I like a firm bed it's good for my back but very clean

Very worn-down property — I’d say you get what you pay for, but our sheets weren’t even cleaned properly, with obvious and disgusting stains present. The comforter had numerous cigarette burns in it. The toilet had issues that threatened to overflow it even when going #1.

Extremely unsafe. My girlfriend was stalked twice in the parking lot by another occupant in the 6 minutes between when she arrived and I did. Then when I caught him the third time and he returned to his room, we requested a new room. Our new room (room 39) was filled with 2 live roaches, a huge dread roach, mosquitoes, stained bed sheets and an AC unit that was unable to cool the room after 2 full hours.
In over 250 low budget hotel stays, I’ve never complained or had to ask for a refund. I was not given one and was told by the manger Suresh Patel that I was lying.

General property needs to be updated, looks a little slumish. Room did not have any closets or any area for hanging clothes. No TV in bedroom area. Bathroom was nice & clean.
