The pictures looked great. Good location and included parking. But upon arrival the parking was hard to find. The building is in less than good condition. Odors in the main hallway to the unit. The unit itself is in poor condition. They make a point to enforce their cleanliness and don’t stain anything policy but the unit was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills. Bathroom old and used. Kitchen cupboards and doors lopsided and stained. Clocks on appliances not set. Lighting not working in main room and no TVs in bedrooms. Marks and stains on walls throughout. This needs to be better represented in pictures and the property owner needs to take their own advise - tidy up your units and stop drumming it into your guests that we need to leave it perfect.

Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both nights.

It was terrible… no gas to cook and no hot water for 5 days, the worst customer service ever… no answer, and they didnt even try to fix it. But when they wanted the review after I checked out, they replied crazy quickly… i would not stay there, if thats how they treat their customers…

The apt is very spacious and clean. They do have shampoo, conditioner and body soap containers in the showers but they were empty. The kitchen is well stocked. There are some places within walking distance to eat or grab a lite snack. I would not suggest walking in the area alone after dark. There were quite a few homeless sitting, begging and sleeping on the sidewalks. The apt building and parking seems very secure. I would not hesitate to stay at this location in the future.
