This 5,900 sq ft modern mansion is a custom-built home located in beautiful La Jolla California. Situated above the pacific ocean and golf course below, this property offers million dollar views from every single room in the house. Its architecture is grandeur and the home furnishings are modern and elegant. Within a 7 minute drive, you will find warm waters and sandy beaches. Don't miss out on this rare gem when you are visiting in San Diego!
Every bedroom room boasts an ocean + golf course view, balcony and private bathroom.
I suggest renting a car or utilizing Uber / Lift to more easily access shops, dining, the beach, and entertainment as the property is located high up on a hill above the Pacific Ocean and golf course. Everything is very close to the property but due to the elevation, I recommend having access to a vehicle or taxi service.
The driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles and the garage can accommodate 1 vehicle.
La Jolla is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the United States. Situated just above the Pacific Ocean, it offers world class views, golf, surfing, snorkeling, hiking, fine dining and bougie boutiques. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, clean and high-end.
I suggest renting a car or utilizing Uber / Lift to more easily access shops, dining, the beach, and entertainment as the property is located high up on a hill above the Pacific Ocean. Everything is very close to the property, 5-10 minutes, but due to the elevation, I recommend having access to a vehicle or taxi service.
The driveway and garage can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. 1 Street parking space is available directly in-front of the property.
House Rules
No loud groups!
No yelling, screaming or shouting in the backyard or pool area!!!
We want to maintain excellent relationships with our sourounding neighbors so please be courteous and considerate of them!
I cannot stress this enough, loud groups will not be tolerated.
Do not heat the Pool past 84 degrees. Guests who overheat the pool will be charged an additional $400 to cover utility costs.
No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties / groups
Quiet hours Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm
Quiet hours Friday - Saturday 10am -7pm
Tenants who receive 2 noise complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be evicted without refund and will be fined the full security deposit.
All events or additional guests must be approved by host prior to booking
No smoking on the premiss whatsoever, indoors or outdoors.
If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $500
No drugs or excessive alcohol consumption
No parties or events allowed.
Please remove shoes when inside the property.
Do not rearrange furniture inside or outside of the property.
Please do not damage the indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils.
Please do not use counter tops as cutting boards.
Please do not put any food items down the garbage disposal. Clear plates and dishware in the trash before cleaning them in the sink.
Please turn off lights, air conditioning and televisions when they are not needed
Keep doors and the garage closed at all times so mice don't come inside. We do live in the hills!
Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
Please lock all doors and windows overnight and when property is not in use.
Pool Rules
Adult supervision is required AT ALL TIMES when children are in the pool, backyard / pool area, or when patio doors are open.
No running, diving, or horseplay around pool
No glass glassware in or around the pool
We ask that you turn off the pool / spa when not in use.
Parking
No more than 4 cars on the premises
Please do not park on the street for more than 24 hours

Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
Social distancing is advised.
