This hotel seems under renovation. the rooms I stayed is clean, quite exceeded my expectation as I saw the reviews before the trip. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The window is small which helped to reduce the noise in the street. The hardware in room still need sone repair, for example the brand new air conditioner leaks wheb it is on.

The hotel was ook but around it noise and not clear to gind it the gps say is there but you have to wake on the dark when its night time on the day there is souk and the road noise especially the windows are not isolate the sound sobits kind you sleeping bybthe road the view was good breakfast ook

The hotel is good for budget traveler and walking distance to the railway station. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. George who is the Manager of the property. He even spent some of his personal time to accompany us to the train station to help us buy tickets to Luxor. The staff were very friendly and helped us in any way they could. We would definitely stay in the hotel next time.

This place is under construction and was a little hard to find with GPS and Uber. I ended up meeting my rides at the corner of the street. This place was right across from Ramsis train station. The area is loud with car horns going off 24 hours a day. I slept with my TV on to drown out the sound of the horns. There are so many shops and stores in this area that whatever you need is easily obtained. The restaurant in the hotel is good and it's convenient. Breakfast was awesome everyday. The room was clean and I felt safe while staying here.

Old dusty smelly room. Had a spiderweb on one of the lights. I turned around went right to the front desk and checked out.

It was a horror. First of all the pictures on the website have no correlation with the truth. As i came night i wasnt able to take a shower because there are no warm water. The guy pn the reception told me to open the warm water and let it at least 15 min. I waited whole night and in the morning still no warm water. No toilet papers and the climatisation was not working. Breakfast buffet??? It is a joke. There was no buffet. Bread some cheese and that is all. I am really disappointed and i wanna my money back because i did nver have such an experience

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel was under renovation, so the lobby was kind of messy. The building is being renovated as well so we had to take two seperate elevators to get to the room. For the price and location it was Worth it because the room itself was clean and staff were very helpful.

The price was very good and the property is quite close to the Egyptian museum. It is very old though and the name of the hotel is confusing (Fontana is displayed at the entry).The staff was nice.

very poor condition, lifts not working, door locks not working making me feel very unsafe. I immediately left the hotel and went to another one... staff tried to help but there is limitation to what they can do.. it just not suitable to stay in by any standards..
