Nice hotel, brand new. Helpful staff that watched my dog so I could grab breakfast.

Large room and very clean. Breakfast had a nice selection and staff available to help keep breakfast full and cleared dishes quickly. Did not love the barn door on the bathroom as it did not give complete privacy.

Lovely time at this hotel. Breakfast was good (make your own waffles, premade breakfast sandwiches, omelette, oatmeal, cereal etc.) I used the Hilton honors app to select my room and was able to use a digital key for the hotel entrance and room. Very decent hotel gym(dumbbells up to 75lbs, cable machine, treadmill, & peloton) and pool/ hot tub. This will be my new go-to hotel in the Marina/Monterey area.

Fantastic new hotel in a great area close to Monterey. Got 2 studio rooms - both spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Appreciated the sofabed, the kitchen with cups & plates, etc., and the plentiful power outlets. Hot breakfast buffet was excellent. Small store area in lobby had useful items. Hotel is across the street from a large shopping center with places like Target, Ross, Starbucks, and various chain dining options. Very convenient to Hwy 1 down to Monterey; also right by CSU - Monterey Bay campus. Would definitely stay here again. (Definitely beats staying in Salinas.)
Some minor negatives:
* No fan in bathrooms;
* The parking lot is sort of shared with a hotel next door;
* The smart TV (without channel #s for stations) was hard for my elderly relatives to figure out.
Overall, terrific place to stay near Monterey.

Hotel was not bad but its really just for staying the nignt and then leaving the next morning. If you want a longer quality stay i would look elsewhere.

Loved our stay for two nights for 5 people. Beds were comfortable and location as quiet. The included breakfast was good but does get very crowded. Breakfast area could have been kept a little cleaner.

Property itself was beautiful. My reasons for poor ratings is the service and management. First, I paid for a specific room “ King bed with balcony”, my wife and I drove 3 hrs and upon our arrival we were downgraded to standard room, queen bed and no balcony, without notifying us because of overbooking. Currently no refund nor deduction in the amount I paid was given. Hotel basically said it was my problem and offered no remedy or discount. Hotel does not seem to care about whether or not their clients are happy or not. Just a warning” Buyer beware”. This place needs a little work on the hospitality issues.

Property was like new. Kids loved the indoor pool. Shopping is just around the corner. Did not like the barn door to the bathroom inside our room. Would prefer a door with a lock.

Our room was smelly. Purchased room freshner, but didn't helpm Even after informing front desk nothing was done. 2nd day sink didn't drain. They fixed it. Alongwith that smell got reduced.
Bath room doesn't have lock and ventilation. Full kitchen didn't have burner and after asking single induction hot plate.
Pool and breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed it.
Overall $500 per night this is the worst experience we had from Hilton hotels. Will not chose this facility next time.

Brand new hotel still had a few growing pains but a great home base for Monterey and Santa Cruz. This area is still being developed and seemed like an undiscovered gem if you prefer new hotels to the dated motels in Monterey (or want to use points). Great for saving on food, we ate free breakfast, and heated up leftovers for dinner with the full kitchen.

Brand new hotel with lots of new housing and retail going up around it but construction noise was not a problem. Friendly staff. 2 queen room on top floor was a nice size with high ceilings and small but functional kitchen; no hot plate/burner so only way to heat food was the microwave. Pretty standard hotel hot breakfast. Only one functioning elevator when we stayed.

This was an amazing stay! We have a family of 5 and were so comfortable. Everything was clean, staff was kind and helpful, parking was easy, complimentary breakfast was good, coffee and water available around the clock. Beds were comfy and clean, plenty of charging areas and counter space for belongings. Youtube and Netflix were easy to access on TV's. Plenty of towels and extra bedding for sofa bed. We easily walked to get dinner.

There was food and hair from the previous people in our room upon checkin. It was like housekeeping forgot the regions under the counter and desk.

The staff is terrible. No one at the desk for 15-30 mins (2 different instances). Some guys either staying or working smoking weed in front of the entrance. Breakfast needed more attendants to keep items stocked.

Staff : Murphy, Ava, and dining staff were excellent at customer service. The property is very clean and we love the newer developments around the area and look forward to the upcoming shops and restaurants around the area. Marina, Seaside, and the entire Monterey County is beautiful and a breathe of fresh sea air that everyone needs.

The place was very clean. I order two beds and got a king and pull out. We stayed at this hotel for pool but it was feezing.

The hotel front desk staff was very pleasant. I like that I could have my dog stay with me.

This prpperty was not open for the dates that I booked. I was directed to the hotel next door which charged the same rate for a less desirable room. No separate bedroom, no bathtub, and noview. No attempt at compensation was made to me.
I am very angry and disappointed
