A modern and bright 2 bedroom apartment set within a peaceful development in central Preston. The interior has been finished to a high standard with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home. Located in the heart of the city just a short walk from the shops restaurants and bars, this is the ideal base for your stay in Preston
The Space:
The interior has recently been refurbished and is tastefully finished, with contemporary furnishings and all the home comforts you could need. There are large windows which bathe the apartment in natural light. The open plan living space is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 double bedrooms, both featuring comfortable double beds made up with fresh hotel linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The contemporary bathroom features a spacious and powerful shower along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. Just 10 minutes walk in the other direction will take you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
