You will love our home located next to Lake Belton. The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood (cul-de-sac) with a large backyard accessible via side gate. Perfect for a day on the lake, UMHB game weekend, business trip, concert at Expo center, or any other visit to Belton/Temple area.
The space
Relax on the reclining 3-seat sofa in open concept living room equipped with the late model Samsung Smart TV. Master bedroom with the comfortable king size bed, and ensuite bathroom with garden tub and two walk-in closets. Two guest bedrooms, each with double bed, are also equipped with the office desk and chair. HP Envy 7800 Wi-Fi enabled all-in-one printer is located in one of the guest bedrooms.

You will have an access to the two car garage and there are two parking spots in front of the garage

Had a comfortable stay and had a good time visiting family that came to town. Absolutely no complaints. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Perfect place for us visiting our daughter going to UMHB. We had plenty of room and the place was quite and very clean. Beautiful backyard with a nice fire pit.

I would recommend this property to friends and family. The property is in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. The house itself was nicely stocked and extremely clean. Tom was very quick with responses to any questions I had.
