The complex features an inground pool and large shared BBQ area with seating. Seabourn has security entrances, with a lift to take you up to this 4th floor unit. There is also a tandem lock up garage for your convenience (please note that the garage is not suitable for larger vehicles, landcruisers etc.).

(including trundle bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).
