Picture yourself waking up to the gentle lapping of waves just outside your windows. This recently renovated two bedroom, one bathroom raised bay front home with six parking spaces offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm with one boat slip. Accessibility is a key feature of this home. A wheelchair lift out front provides easy access from the ground floor to the main level.

Guests take Old Avalon Blvd to Channel Road, passing the Avalon Marine Center and the Public Fishing Pier, to reach the home. Depending on the size of the vehicles, guests can park five to six cars on the property in the driveway and additional vehicles in the street. Unloading is a breeze by proceeding up the front steps into the home through the front door. After passing through the foyer with the washer and dryer located in the pantry, guests enter into the dining area and kitchen The bedrooms and bathroom are located to the right of the living area across from each other with the bathroom in between. The living area with rear door access to the raised deck, boat slip, and fishing pier is located back in the rear side of the home.

Step inside and be greeted by a bright and airy kitchen, dining, and living space that's perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. The living room offers a twin sized sleeper sofa for extra guests and the space to set up both queen sized air mattresses. The modern kitchen boasts new appliances, granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, and plenty of space for meal preparation while entertaining. The bathroom is also thoughtfully designed with ample space, wider doorways, and a large stall shower for added convenience. The single queen bedroom offers a perfect view of sunrise in the mornings while the second bedroom with one queen bed and a twin bed provides plenty of space for the kiddos to make a space of their own. Head outside to the rear of the home and take in the true beauty of waterfront living. A covered deck overlooking the water, offering a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while basking in the panoramic bay views of Ingram's Thorofare.

Cancellation Policy: All payments towards the reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.

An optional amenities package is available for $150 through Beach Home Services for your convenience. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing supplies. Items will be individually wrapped inside grey plastic storage totes and orange dry-cleaning bags and located near the unit’s entry upon your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Blankets and Pillows for Sleeping (just in case), Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows, Bedspreads / Comforters are provided. To reserve your amenities package, contact Kelly with Beach Home Services at 609-425-0666 prior to the day of check-in.
