Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Wir wurden jeden Tag freundlich empfangen und konnten bei Fragen immer auf sie zukommen. Sie haben wirklich Ahnung von der Gegend und geben super gute Tipps wenn man nicht weiß was man unternehmen kann. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls wirklich super. Wir hatten das Glück einen Balkon zu bekommen mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Es gibt ein Schwimmbad, Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und ein Fitnessstudio.
Alles in Einem war unser Aufenthalt sehr sehr schön, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Very helpful staff. Travelled by train with a young child and arrived slightly early. They pre-confirmed I could leave bags at reception, but on arrival gave us an early check in and room upgrade. Hotel pool was perfect, but free entry to nearby Water Park also great. Breakfast was very good. On the last day we were planning to get the bus back to the train station. However, the owner offered to take us in his minibus which made a long journey easier. Note there is no restaurant in the summer. However, I used the local guest card website to easily find local places to eat

The owners are very friendly, helpful and interested in the guest during his stay, if he is missing something. The location of the hotel is excellent for a guest who has come to ski. Skibus stop at the hotel direction to the base of Flying Mozart1 or 2 min walk with skis to the Bergschlepplift and on skis a short distance down to the base of Flying Mozart1. The wellness area with a swimming pool in the hotel is smaller, but pleasant. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel are tasty and of good quality.
Perhaps it would be good to slightly improve the information for the guest and the preparation of the table for dining at breakfast and dinner by the staff. Finally, personally, the pastries were not bad, but could have been fresher in a little more selection.

One of the BEST hotels we ever have in… location is perfect, view is excellent, staff is wonderful, everything was exceptional… I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

it was very clean
the stuff ( reception) was not welcoming, we didnt even knew about the hotel facility options until we met another couple in our last day. we waited an hour for the room but she was not welling to answer our questions before we r getting the room.

The Alpina Wagrain hotel is beautiful, very meticulous and clean. The atmosphere is family and pleasant. The hotel has many facilities to enrich the children's time like a pool room and games pool and spa.

Very pleasant hotel in a good location. The rooms are nice and clean with a view to the mountains. We really liked the short distance to slopes and lifts. The hotel breakfasts were amazing and we also enjoyed the afternoon snacks, which were a good refreshment after the whole day on skis. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly.

Everything was greate, the room is clean, the hotel in a nice area, , a clean hotel, free parking. Will return again, breakfast is good, pool is good.

I visited in mid-September which is their really low season. It is a little off the beaten path, but I really enjoyed the location, the hotel, and their facilities! This is a beautiful little boutique hotel with a pool, sauna, steam bath, and relaxation room. That may be "normal" for Austria, but it was all very nice and I really enjoyed them (I did not try to pool). The staff was extremely friendly to me and made eggs for me each morning. There was also a really good restaurant across from the ski lift that had gluten-free Thai curry - not at all what I was expecting from Austria. I ended up extending my 2-night stay to a 3-night stay I like it so much.
There was nothing I did not enjoy about my stay.
