The villa was perfect with all the amenities you could need, with plenty of chairs/ sunbeds to realx with sun and shade available around the pool. It is in a quiet, private location, with very little disturbance from neighbours etc. The pool was fantastic. Easy drive to supermarkets and Maspalomas Beach and promenade etc. I would recommend a hire car.

The dust and noise from the Building site opposite was not perfect, but nothing anyone can do about that. I would however advise asking about the status of the site. The added, and rather high fee for heating the pool was a surprise which we turned down, and discovered it wasn't necessary. The water temperature was perfect as it was.

We liked the location, cleanliness and facilities: well equiped kitchen, washer, dryer, lots of chairs, sunbeds, pillows and even extra blankets for in the couch or on the terrace.

There are construction works going on in the area and these can be very loud. We would like to have be informed up front. The Internet didn't always work properly, but the hosts were in good communication about that. We also didn't like the "cold" lights in the kitchen and above the kitchen table. In the living room there were luckily warm lights. That felt much more cosy.

The house was very clean and the distribution was perfect. We were 6 adults and 1 Child and we felt we had plenty of space. The outdoor area was fantastic. We like to prepare our own meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

The mattress needs to be replaced. They are old and not in good conditions. The bathroom as well it's a little aged and could be renewed.

The location was Salobre Golf Resort, around a 10 minute drive from Meloneras. The location requires a hire car if you plan to explore the local area, or otherwise, you will need to use a few taxis. The view from the naya/terrace was fantastic and it was a very peaceful location, although you could hear some of the work on site to creat new building plots.

The villa and location was exactly as we expected.

The property was very clean and spacious, with comfortable outdoor and indoor seating and dining furniture. We had plenty of clean towels and bedding and laundry facilities were useful. The location is very private in a gated community of sorts and the villa has excellent views of the mountains. When we got stranded in GC in a Saharan sandstorm for two days, the hosts went way beyond what we could ever have hoped for to look after us! We are extremely grateful to them for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Because access to the complex is via the GC-1, motorway only, we were unable to cycle in and out but we put our bikes in our rental car and were a short drive from Meloneras where we used as our start point.
