finding location and parking was a bit tricky but staff were helpful.

It was The lowest price that we found in Pescara for New years eve! The location is excelent, next to The train station and Bus terminal. Mr. Bruno was very helpfull with la luggage. The kitchen is fully equiped. The location on google maps is OFF by 10 meters.

Great location. Near train station and main centre of Pescara. Good sized room. Well appointed. The owner was extremely nice and very helpful. We would highly recommend this location.

Very helpful owner, one more time thanks! 👍 He recommended us all important (restaurants, shops, beach...) Comfortable bed, tasty coffee, extern, but nice bathroom, Air-condition in room. The owner didn't speak English, but we resolved all important thanks to Google translate Location of apartment is practical, only a few meter from train station and bus station. We glad to return!

The room need a little more care of dust cleaning (look behind the curtain at the window, back of the TV, under bed... 😉)

- helpful and willing owner - we were able to leave our backpacks on the property site after the check-out and fetch them later the day - big room, nicely equipped, private shower - garden around the house where you can have your meal outside - milk, water, tea, cofee always available during the day - great and unique location, 15 min walking the the beach, 5 min for the supermarket, 4 min to the bus station

- only sweet (due the covid packed) breakfast - molt in the shower and in the corner of the room - everyday cleaning- someone might like it but for us it felt like lack of privacy

Excellent location! Host (Bruno) was a joy to have around as he was attentive and kind to me and my friend.

We would have preferred a 12pm check out as 10.30 was too early for us since our flight was at 10.15pm. As a result we just roamed about after check out which was stressful as we had no where comfortable to relax until we left for the airport at 7pm.

Very clean, good localization, near shop and see, comfortable bed and very pleasant and helpfull host
