시내와 가까이 위치해 이동이 편했습니다. 리셉션은 따로 없지만, 오후 9시까지 근무하는 남자 직원께서 비행기 연착으로 인해 10시가 넘어 도착한 저희를 기다려 맞아주었습니다. 숙소를 꼼꼼히 설명해주었고 친절해서 정말 감사했습니다 : )
여행을 준비하며 숙소와 메세지로 연락 할 때도 응답이 빠르고 정확해서 그것 또한 아주 만족스러웠습니다!
온수도 끊임 없이 나오고 무료 미니바도 준비되어 있습니다.
세탁기도 깨끗하고 건조대도 준비되어 있어 참 좋았는데, 세탁기 사용법을 알 수가 없어서(그림으로만 표시되어 있는데 알아볼수가 없었습니다 ㅠㅠ).. 눈치껏 사용했습니다 ㅎㅎ.. 아마 메세지로 물어 보았으면 친절히 답해주셨을텐데 마음이 급해 그냥 사용했습니다.
위치와 서비스 만족도 등 아주 만족스러운 숙소입니다.
엘레베이터 버튼을 조작하기 조금 어려웠는데, 노후한 엘레베이터라 그런 것 같습니다. 숙소의 개선점은 아니고 숙박하시는 분들께 언질드리는 점으로 적어둡니다. 짐이 많은 분들은 힘드실 수 있을 것 같습니다.

Great location in the heart of Madrid. Walkable to everything . The apartment had all the basics. And great staff who helped with luggage when the elevator wasn’t working.

Situé sur une rue piétonne, ce logement est très propre et à tout pour passer un séjour confortable. Nous avons été accueilli par une personne parlant français. Il nous a expliqué les bons endroits, quoi voir et était attentionné pour que nous ayons tout pour passer un bon séjour.

The apartment is very centric and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean and has all amenities needed. Since it faces the inner yard it is very quiet to sleep. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and responsive. The self check in process was very clear and easy to follow. :)
The bed was a bit too small, but this is typical for Spain.

The location of the apartment was perfect with many good restaurants and shops. All the main attractions were near and the whole apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped.

Excellent location and very clean and quiet apartment. Unfortunately, we did not meet the host in person but we got very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. And she gave us some tips about what to do and where to eat. She also offered to change towels after 2 nights (we stayed for 3 nights).
The bed was comfortable, but since I am Dutch a bit too short (I guess the bed is 190cm long).

Arenal Suites were incredible. Beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location was absolutely perfect. Right in the centre of the city. I cannot rate this accomodation highly enough. Madrid is fantastic and the apartment was every bit as fantastic. Many thanks for a brilliant holiday.

The position of the apartment was ideal. A choice of 2 metro lines was a great bonus. Christian was the perfect host. The apartment had great facilities. The beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was very effective. The apartment was very quiet.
