Balcony with wicker chairs and a small table, perfect for an early morning coffee.

The shower cabin is small and bathroom in general could benefit from more thorough cleaning.

It was a pleasant stay, nothing out of an ordinary. · Room had an AC with a quite mode that was useful. AC had good control options. · Room had a small fridge, that was nice. · Rooms were cleaned well. · Nothing that would disturb our sleep or stay.

In shower you would have to wait for water to get warm. · Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, so to get the moisture out after shower you would have to leave the bathroom door open. We kept the bathroom door open when not using it and then it was fine as AC in the room managed both rooms with door open. · Cleaning staff would change the window and blind settings, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worst. · Everything is a bit old.

The only good thing was the location, close to Lidi Center.

I booked, Pay at the property and my card was charged 2 days before our arrival. We were travelling by car and no one from the hotel informed us that the ferry will not work during our stay. We had to look for a parking in Venice and to try to find a boat to Lido. There is no net on the windows and the room was full with mosquitoes. Very poor breakfast. 3 stars are too much for that hotel.

There is a very kind and friendly receptionist. He always smile and help us when we need. We had a balcony. There is a nice garden. It is very close to beautiful beach.

Great out of the centre location- easy 15 mins walk or 5 min bus ride. Lovely staff, room a good size and balcony was added bonus.

The only thing was the tiredness off the decor- so disappointed. Very dated, faded & drab. Such a same.

the property has great location and is located in a calm area which is really great for relaxation.

we wanted a room with a double bed but it was 2 single beds stuck together which was not so comfortable to sleep. we arrived very late so we couldn't talk to anyone at our arrival. the next morning we woke to take breakfast, bc it was written that we had access to it. when we talked on the phone with the receptionist they told us that we had to 10€ per person per day. that was really upsetting and disappointing because it is not specified anywhere that we have to pay extra for breakfast. the air conditioning made a lot of noise and was really old. there was only 3 electrical outlet in the room and it was positioned far from the bed, next to the entrance door, in the bathroom and the one used for tv. we had only 2 pillows that were really thin. the refrigerator didn't work the first days and when we ask for it to be repaired the host told us "it's a real refregirator, it's only a mini bar, you're not in an appartement" but when someone came to fix(2 days before our departure) it worked really well. the service from the young host was nice and helpful, but apart from that it was mediocre for a 3star hotel.
